In-Person Worship
New to faith? Returning to church after some time away? Not sure what it’s all about? YOU are welcome to join us for worship. There is space and care for everyone, no matter what your background is. Children are welcome to stay with their parents during worship or go to KidzLife following the Children’s Moment.
Following worship, we gather on the side patio for refreshments and conversation.
Experience Christmas
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given… And his name shall be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
Many favorite Christmas memories involve our senses - the sound of Christmas music, seeing lights and ornaments on the tree, the smell of holiday treats being baked. Advent and Christmas are made richer as we experience them through our senses.
At Christmas, God came to earth as a human. Through Jesus, God experienced the world as we do - with sight, smell, taste, hearing, and feeling. Join us on Sunday mornings for Advent worship as we explore how we find Christ present in the sights and sounds of the season.
December 1 - See Hope, Jeremiah 33:14-16
December 8 - Hear Joy, Isaiah 42:9-10
December 15 - Taste Peace, Psalm 34:8
December 22 - Feel God’s Love, Luke 2:29-32
Advent Reading Challenge
Read through the Gospel of Luke, one chapter per day. Find the plan here.
Holy Communion
We celebrate Holy Communion, one of two sacraments, on the first Sunday of every month. In the United Methodist Church, our table is open to anyone who is seeking a deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ. There are no restrictions on who may participate.
We take communion through intinction - you will be given a piece of bread which you will dip into grape juice and then eat them. We believe that taking Communion is a reminder for us of the sacrificial and saving love that God has for each of through through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
